We deliver a number of disability projects across Bolton that provide the opportunity for people with disabilities to gain positive experiences in sport and physical activity, ensuring they are able to lead a more active and healthy way of life.
Projects include:
Every Player Counts – Raising participation levels in disability football for those aged 5 – 16
Healthy Goals for Life – Improving physical health and well-being through a variety of sports activities and workshops on healthy living for young people aged 18-25
Bolton Wanderers Disability Football Club – Providing regular training and competitive football matches for adults with disabilities
Our projects are currently aimed at a range of disabilities including Moderate Learning Difficulties, Autism, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome.
