On Wednesday 29th May, Bolton Wanderers Community Trust teamed up with The Mega Value Fun Park in Bolton to offer the community an exciting morning of thrills, screams and candyfloss. Bolton Wanderers Community Trust work with people of all ages at the heart of the community, using sport and positive engagement to narrow the gap of disadvantage across Bolton.
Beth Warriner, Inclusion Development Officer at BWCT said: “It was an absolute pleasure to be able to work in partnership with the Mega Value Fun Park – they are a local favourite and offer a range of thrilling and entertaining rides.”
”It was a fantastic opportunity to be able to offer free entry, free rides and free candyfloss to many of our wonderful participants from across our inclusion and disability programmes.”
”This was an invite-only event and we were pleased to welcome over 250 people through the gates that morning. We would like to thoroughly thank Alan Cowie and Sherman Wynn for the opportunity and we look forward to working with you again in the future”.
